What your future may hold
As TES’s HR Operations Manager, you deliver efficient and effective HR services across the globe, which are pragmatic, compliant and client friendly at the same time. You will work closely with various stakeholders to streamline HR processes, enhance employee experience, and support TES’s strategic goals.
- You oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- You develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with local and international standards.
- You manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, performance management and offboarding.
- You build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including management and employees.
- You collaborate with the global HR team to share best practices and drive consistency across the different regions.
- You ensure compliance with Belgian employment legislation, GDPR, and other relevant regulations.
- You monitor changes in labour laws and implement necessary updates to company policies and practices.
- You oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with local tax regulations.
- You conduct regular audits of payroll and benefits processes to identify and rectify discrepancies.
- You work with the HR officer, to ensure HR information systems are kept up-to-date, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- You generate HR metrics and reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- You implement and optimise HR technologies to improve operational efficiency.
- You are a trusted advisor on HR-related matters, providing expert advice and support.
- You liase and manage external partners, such as legal advisors, payroll providers, and benefits administrators.
- You report to the VP of Finance, Business controls & HR.
Your skillset
- You hold a master’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field.
- You have at least 10 years experience in HR operations, with previous experience in a HR-generalist role and are well-rooted in the Belgian landscape as well as in the international context.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. With your attention to detail you display a high level of accuracy in managing HR processes and data.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Managing your team and encouraging them to grow into the best version of themselves is right up your alley. You foster a positive work environment and communicate fluently in both English and Dutch.
- You handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- You demonstrate a high level of strategic thinking and are able to align HR operations with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Flexibility is present in everything you do. You are able to adapt to changing business needs and regulatory environments.
- You are a team player, open-minded and are proactive. You actively think about possibilities for improval.
